The Properties
A lovely mix of Cornish stone cottages, contemporary Scandinavian lodges and little riverside lodges ensure an excellent mix for large family gatherings to a small family base. All are designed with tiny tots in mind.

The Farm
All aboard for tractor rides with farmer Nick 6 days a week to help feed the many and varied farm animals, great fun, educational and sociable for all. Animals include the large and unusual deer, alpacas and donkeys to the regular pigs, sheep and goats and the smaller ducks, rabbits and chicks. Take back an egg for breakfast and really experience the best of country living.

Play areas
With an indoor play barn and outdoor under 5’s play area young children are kept busy at Coombe Mill. There is also a larger play with zip wire, play fortress and trampoline for slightly older children. Some of the properties also have toddler play dens or play rooms filled with toys.

Fishing
The river Camel and its streams run through the estate making excellent fishing and fun paddling areas. In addition a well stocked Carp lake in its own tranquil setting is heaven for some quiet adult time out.

Location
Coombe Mill is set in its own stunning valley between Bodmin and the North Cornwall coast. With beautiful sandy beaches and pretty harbour towns all within easy reach Coombe Mill makes an excellent holiday base if you can tear the family away from the farm!
