The Property:
This luxury 5 star converted barn boasts 6 well appointed rooms, all of which are en-suite and have their own TV and DVD players. The Oak timbers remain exposed throughout the the cottage and maintain its original character. The living and dinning areas are all open plan and are design for relaxing together. The large and well equipped kitchen looks out on to the enclosed decking, which has seating and gas barbecue, ideal for dining outside and enjoying the wonderful views across the countryside. The 2 acre paddock includes a pond (TODDLERS BEWARE), and is great for walks or playing outside.
Across the coutyard there is a larger heated indoor pool which is pen for shared use from 1pm - 6pm, with private morning sessions by arrangement.

The Location:
The Dairy Barn is location 2 miles North of the lovely market town of Diss. The city of Norwich is 17 miles & the market town of Bury St Edmunds is 22 miles. The Suffolk coastal towns of Aldeburgh & Southwold, and the North Norfolk coast are within easy reach.

Baby Friendly Facilities:
All babysitters are very experienced and most have NVQ's in childcare. This is a very popular service and bookings should be made as far ahead as possible. The minimum booking time is 2 hours. Baby equipment such as steam steriliser, baby changing mats, baby monitors, nappy bucket, baby bath and bath mats are all available on request.
A number of children's activities are available nearby including Barham Zoo, Dinosaur Adventure Park and Monsters Indoor play center.

For Parents:
For a relaxing treat you can visit the spa at Aqua Sana at Elvenden Forest. For active groups there is karting, the `Go Ape' aerial assault courses, clay pigeon shooting and paintballing locally.
