Given below is a response from TinytotsAway regarding the 'Stranded in Africa' comment.
'In reply to the comment above,Tinytotsaway have an excellent customer service record and positive feedback on our service can be viewed on the testimonial section of our website www.tinytotsaway.com this section is updated regularly.
The comments in the above review are factually incorrect and unfortunately in this case the customer failed to provide full contact details for the delivery address which hindered delivery.'

Stranded in Africa!

| We used this company in January 2008 when we went to South Africa. We expected our delivery to arrive first thing on Monday morning. It eventually turned up Thursday afternoon - 4 days into a 7 day holiday. Tiny Tots Away were unresponsive, unhelpful, refused to accept responsibility and have offered us no compensation since our return to the UK. We were left with 7 month old twins without nappies, formula or food and this ruined our holiday. If you choose to use this company, I suggest you take back-up essentials - but that defeats the purpose of using this service in the first place! |
